How to sign in to Partner Central

  1. 1

    Go to www.expediapartnercentral.com

Expedia's own sign-in page for property partners — type the address directly rather than clicking a search result, to be safe.

  2. 2

Sign in with your registered email and password

  3. 3

Expect extra verification on sensitive pages

Partner Central asks for a one-time code on security-sensitive screens, including connectivity settings — have your phone or email ready.

Enter the one-time code sent to your phone or email.

  3. 3

Connectivity covers rate and availability updates; Bookings covers how reservations are delivered to you. If Channex isn't an option, contact us before picking another provider.

Expedia — or your current provider, if you're switching — needs to approve it before it goes live.

Where Prime Host fits in

One calendar, Expedia included

Rates and availability for Expedia sit in the same calendar as Booking.com, Agoda and your direct site.

Read-back on every update

A success response isn't treated as done — the value is read back from Expedia before it's marked confirmed.

See what Expedia actually pays out

Finance details from Partner Central line up against Prime Host's own payout tracking, so the numbers match your bank.

Frequently asked questions

What is Expedia Partner Central?

Expedia's own back-office dashboard for property partners, at www.expediapartnercentral.com — used for rooms and rates, connectivity settings, payments and reporting.

What's the difference between Expedia Collect and Hotel Collect?

Under Expedia Collect, Expedia takes payment from the guest and remits your share. Under Hotel Collect, you charge the guest directly instead.

How do I connect a channel manager to Expedia?

Rooms and rates → Connectivity settings → complete the verification step → choose Channex for both Connectivity and Bookings → send the request.

Why does Partner Central ask for a verification code?

Connectivity settings control who can push live rate and availability changes, so Expedia treats that page as sensitive and asks for extra verification.

Does my Expedia commission change if I connect a channel manager?

No — your contract and commission with Expedia stay as agreed; a channel manager only changes how updates reach Expedia.
