AI that replies to reviews in the reviewer's own language
When a review comes in on Booking.com, Airbnb or Expedia, the AI drafts a reply in the language the reviewer wrote in, matched to how you've replied before, re-reads the review one more time before it posts, and emails you a copy.
How a reply gets written and posted
Learns your brand voice
The AI looks at replies you've written in the past and matches that tone, instead of sounding like a generic template.
Replies in the reviewer's language
A review written in German gets a German reply, a review in Thai gets a Thai reply — matched automatically.
Re-reads before posting
Right before the reply goes live, the AI reads the review one more time, to catch anything that needs a different response.
Emails you every time
You get an email copy of every reply the moment it's posted, so nothing happens without you knowing.
Setting it up
- 1
Turn it on
Auto Review Reply is off by default. You switch it on for the channels you want covered.
- 2
Set a minimum rating, if you want one
You can choose to only auto-reply above a certain star rating, and handle lower ratings yourself.
- 3
Add a delay, if you want one
Replies can go out immediately or after a delay you set, instead of the instant a review lands.

Frequently asked questions
Which channels does this cover?
Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia reviews.
Is this included in the base plan?
No. It's part of the paid Guest inbox + AI add-on.
Is it on by default?
No. It's off until you turn it on, and you choose which channels and ratings it applies to.
What happens to older reviews?
Reviews older than 14 days are not auto-replied — the feature is built for timely replies, not catching up on a backlog.
How does it know what tone to use?
It learns from the replies you've written in the past, so it sounds like you rather than a generic script.
