How to connect Airbnb
Airbnb is the simplest channel to connect because there is no provider to search for in a menu — you authorize Prime Host directly on Airbnb's own page.

Click “Connect Airbnb” in Prime Host
This opens a new tab on Airbnb's own site, not ours.

Sign in with the Airbnb host account that owns the listing
Only the account that owns the listing can authorize the connection.

Click Allow
This lets Prime Host read and update your Airbnb calendar, rates and availability.

Return to the Prime Host tab
The connection is confirmed automatically once Airbnb sends you back — nothing else to click.

Do this inside Prime Host; our team can help if you have more than one listing. Your Airbnb Listing ID is the number at the end of your listing's URL, in case you need it.

Will my Airbnb listing go offline while connecting?
No. Your listing stays live and bookable the whole time. Syncing starts once you match your rooms to the listing in Prime Host.
Why does connecting open a new tab on Airbnb's site?
Airbnb connects by OAuth, which means you authorize access directly inside Airbnb's own interface rather than typing a provider name into a menu.
Can I charge a different price on Airbnb?
Yes, as a per-channel price adjustment. Airbnb doesn't let channel managers split one listing into fully separate rate-plan pricing pipes, so this is the reliable way to do it.
Does Prime Host take a cut of my Airbnb bookings?
No. We never take a percentage of bookings. What you pay Airbnb stays exactly as it is in your host agreement.
