Booking.com channel manager that confirms every update landed
Connect your Booking.com property from the extranet, then manage rates, availability and restrictions from one calendar together with Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia and your direct site.
How to connect Booking.com
Booking.com only lets the property owner switch providers, so you do this step yourself. It takes about five minutes.
- 1
Sign in at account.booking.com
Use the property owner's account. Booking.com sends a verification code to the owner's phone.
- 2
Note your property ID
It is the number next to your property name at the top of the extranet. You will enter it in Prime Host.
- 3
Account → Connectivity provider → Search
Type “Channex” in full and choose Channex.io. Prime Host connects to Booking.com through Channex, a certified connectivity partner.
- 4
Confirm and accept the XML terms
Reservations, rates and availability are pre-selected. Press Next, tick the agreement and press “Yes, I accept”.
- 5
Wait for provider confirmation
The page shows “Waiting for provider confirmation”. We pick it up, and you map your rooms in Prime Host.
What you get on Booking.com
Read-back on every update
A success response is not treated as success. After each rate or availability change we read the value back from the channel and only then mark it done.
See what the guest really paid
Booking.com programmes such as Genius or mobile rates can stack on top of your price. Prime Shield compares the price you sent with what the guest paid and tells you the gap in money.
Real commission, measured
Commission is calculated from your own Booking.com reservations, not a fixed number you type in.
Missed reservations recovered
If Booking.com fails to deliver a reservation, the system can pull it from the channel queue again. We have recovered reservations this way within seconds.
Payout dates
The finance page estimates when Booking.com payouts arrive and can import your real payout statement so the numbers match your bank.
Booking.com number on every booking
Each reservation shows its Booking.com reference so you can check it against the extranet yourself.
